Cup counts are approximate and based on 12 oz servings, about 210 to a case. Product cost uses the regular case price of $300; after six months of continuous orders you may qualify for wholesale pricing. Revenue potential is before cups, lids and labor.

It ships to you
The machine and your first cases arrive together. Freight is in the price.

Pour in, plug in, freeze
Mix, pour into the bowl, and it's serving consistency in about 90 minutes to two hours. Our instructions walk you through it.

Reorder monthly
Keep the machine by ordering your minimum from the shop each month — 1 case with the single-tank, 2 with the twin-tank. After six months of steady orders you may qualify for wholesale pricing.
The terms, in plain English
Know exactly what you're agreeing to.
This is a summary. The agreement you accept when you order is the full version.
- One all-in price: a non-refundable machine placement deposit ($200 single-tank, $200 twin-tank) plus your starting product. Product ships free; the twin-tank bundle includes $400 of machine freight.
- The machine is on loan and stays Froffee property. It comes with a 1-year warranty and one replacement in any 12-month period.
- You agree to order at least 1 case a month with the single-tank, or 2 with the twin-tank. After a 2-month trial, Froffee may remove the machine if the minimum isn't met.
- The deposit is non-refundable, including if either side ends the agreement or the machine is removed.
- Froffee does not provide installation, cleaning or repair. You clean the machine at least weekly and use only Froffee products in it.
- Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Froffee buys back unopened product, less a 25% restocking fee.
