The Classic Granita Machine
The classic Froffee machine — running in most of our locations
Built in Naples, Italy by the company credited with inventing the modern slush machine — a maker of frozen-beverage equipment since 1961. This flagship twin-bowl granita machine is the workhorse Froffee has installed across our store network from day one.
Two fully independent 12-liter bowls let a store run two flavors side by side — classic Coffee Frappé in one, Mochaccino in the other — each with its own freeze settings.
- Patented seal-less drive shaft — no crankshaft seal to wear out, one of the most hygienic auger designs in the industry
- Double-helix augers churn continuously for a consistently smooth, creamy texture

Twin-Tank Slush Machine
The machine we're rolling out to new Froffee locations
For new store placements, Froffee deploys compact stainless-steel twin-tank commercial slush machines with digital controls — keeping the same two-flavor, self-serve format stores know from our classic granita machine.
Each tank operates independently, so one side can run frozen Froffee while the other holds a chilled (non-frozen) drink, and a built-in automatic cleaning cycle simplifies daily maintenance.

Cold Brew Bubbler
Refrigerated dispenser for cold brew and chilled drinks
Where a store serves cold brew or other non-frozen chilled drinks, the lineup is rounded out by a twin-bowl refrigerated bubbler dispenser from a century-old Louisville, Kentucky equipment maker.
Its gentle "bubbler" circulation keeps the product mixed and visibly moving in the bowl without whipping air into it — ideal for cold brew coffee, iced teas, and juices held at food-safe temperature all day.
